777d12 Responsible Gaming — Your protection is our priority

To keep the fun in entertainment, 777d12 gives you deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 Bangla support — stay safe and enjoy.

Why is Responsible Gaming important?

777d12 believes online gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or mental anxiety. That is why we are committed to ensuring a responsible gaming environment for every player.

Millions of people in Bangladesh enjoy cricket betting, slot games, and live casino for entertainment. But like any form of betting, online gaming can become a problem without proper control. That is why 777d12 encourages every member to regularly review their gaming habits.

The core principle of responsible gaming is simple: play within your set budget, take a break instead of chasing losses, and always see gaming as entertainment — never as a way to earn money.

Are you noticing these signs?

  • Do you feel the urge to bet beyond your budget?
  • Are you placing more bets to try to recover lost money?
  • Is gaming making it hard to focus on family or work?
  • Do you find it difficult to take a break from gaming?
  • Are you borrowing money or dipping into savings to bet?

If the answer is yes to even one of these, get help now. Contact our 24/7 Bangla support team.

Our Protection Tools

Deposit Limit

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased before the designated period ends, but it can be lowered at any time. This is the most effective way to keep your budget under control.

Time-Out Break

Want to give yourself a little break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours to 30 days. During the break, logging in or placing bets will be completely impossible.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. This option lets you close your account for anywhere from 3 months to permanently. During exclusion, attempting to open a new account is not allowed.

Betting History Review

Log into your account at any time to view your complete betting history. Review how much you have deposited, how much you have withdrawn, and your overall win-loss figures to analyse your habits.

24/7 Bangla Support

If you have any questions or concerns about responsible gaming, our Bangla live chat support is always ready. Our expert team will help you make the right decisions — without any judgment.

Minor Protection

777d12 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Age is verified at registration. If you have children or teenagers at home, use device locks and keep your account details private.

21+ Age Requirement

To play at 777d12, you must be at least 21 years old. This is not just a rule — it is our commitment to protecting the younger generation. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed at registration and at the time of your first withdrawal.

Parents are requested: keep your device and account password secure. If you suspect a minor is using an account, notify our support team immediately.

  • National ID verification at registration
  • Suspicious accounts suspended immediately
  • Strict adherence to child protection policy
  • Withdrawal impossible without age verification

Responsible Gaming Policy

Following a few key responsible gaming guidelines at 777d12 will keep your experience positive every time.

  • Only play with money that, if lost, will not affect your daily life.
  • Set a budget and time limit before you play, and stick to them.
  • Do not bet while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
  • Do not place more bets trying to recover lost money.
  • Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
  • Never think of gaming as a source of income.

Assess Yourself

Ask yourself these questions honestly. They will help you understand whether your gaming habits are under control.

If you repeatedly go over your set budget, that is a warning sign. Activate the deposit limit feature to keep yourself within limits. The 777d12 support team will help you set it up.

If gaming is cutting into your family time or making it hard to focus at work, take a time-out. Step away for 7 to 30 days and get yourself back on track.

The urge to place more bets to recover lost money is called "chasing losses" — it is one of the key signs of problem gambling. Stop right now, reach out via live chat, and consider self-exclusion if needed.

After logging into your account, go to the "Account Settings" section. There, under "Responsible Gaming", you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. For any issues, contact us anytime via 24/7 live chat or at [email protected].

Once the chosen period (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) ends, you can reactivate your account. However, permanent exclusion cannot be reversed. Contact the support team after your period ends.

A time-out is a temporary break (24 hours to 30 days) — your account reactivates automatically when it ends. Self-exclusion is a long-term or permanent solution — it is used in more serious situations and cannot be reversed before the period ends.
